Get plenty of rest and take relaxing baths. Exercise at least 3-4 days a week for at least 15-30 min. Serve others in your community and if possible throughout the world. Eat healthy food such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, and grains, Cook with healthy fats such as olive, avocado, and coconut oil. Eat meat that has less fat such as chicken and turkey or healthy fat such as fish. Meditate daily for 15 minutes or more. Although just 5-10 min is still beneficial. Do something you love to do. Go to the beach, lake, or waterfalls, or watch the sunset.
